The mainland in 2003 promulgated《Ordinary high school mathematics curriculum standards(experimental)》,Hong Kong’s new high school curriculum was implemented starting in September of 2009, Hong Kong is high school diploma test by the Hong Kong examinations assessment authority was started in 2012 at the public examinations,The high school curriculum reform in the new century between the mainland and Hong Kong, and achieved a certain effect.Hong Kong’s education is the education of Chinese and western culture in soft together a mixture,the recent a decade or two years under the influence of like Korea, Japan,and in the international comparison program PISA and TIMSS all get good grades.Mathematics has an important position in both places of the university entrance exam,On the mainland and Hong Kong 2012-2014 to compare the three years of mathematics test,Understanding the university entrance exam system, and high school mathematics subject system of the both places,it is great significance to bring enlightenment for the reform of mathematical education in mainland China.The full research is divided into five chapters:Chapter1 : introduction.it begins with the background of research,,the definition of related concepts,research methods,research process and research significance.Chapter2: the literature review.Introduced the domestic and foreign research status of college entrance examination mathematics test question,From the existing problems to find the direction of the research papers.Chapter3:Introduce the mainland college entrance examination system and the Hong Kong secondary school diploma examination system,analysis On the mainland and Hong Kong area high school mathematics subject system.Chapter4:to analysis paper structures,test paper test content,the distribution of knowledge points in the exam,microscopic analysis of test questions of the both places,and the differences of two volumes in comprehensive difficulty. the last chapter :in front of the comparison and analysis,there are three conclusions to learn from :(1)Hong Kong high school curriculum did not divide into Arts and sciences,under the premise of Students to complete the common basic course(Chinese Language, English Language, mathematics and general studies),the flexible courses for students to choose, appear natural professional differentiation.Hong Kong not only did the popularity of high school math mathematics education, mathematics education and achieve elite.(2)Mainland college entrance examination questions mostly static mathematical questions, pay attention to their own contact and comprehensive, questions related to social life less mathematical background knowledge.Hong Kong, focusing on questions of mathematical knowledge and practical background of contact, the questions are more life-oriented background.(3)Difficulty in the comprehensive, mainland volume than Hong Kong.Both attaches great importance to theoperational ability and reasoning ability test,Hong Kong’s questions in the "background level" on higher volumes than mainland, the mainland questions in the "knowledge" and "knowledge content" on higher volume than Hong Kong.In the end,to put forward some Suggestions of the mainland college entrance examination reform, mathematics education mode.
