Since reform and opening-up, China adopted the market economy, and gradually with international standards. Therefore, our country has ushered in the era of high-speed development of economy. With the rapid development of market economy, China’s labor relations are changing, In the field of labor relations has been transformed from the individual labor relations to the collective labor relations,and the labor conflict has gradually developed from recessive to dominant at the same time. Labor contradiction is more and more obvious, which is a threat potential factors in the construction of a harmonious society in our country.In recent years, the International Labor Organization is based on the development trend of global economic integration. More and more countries set up the new mechanism of collective bargaining system. These mechanisms are effectively alleviate the labor conflicts, ease labor relations, thus contributing to stable economic development. In a market economy country, collective bargaining by creating innovative ways to meet the need for legislative reform, and laid the foundation for legislative work. Practice has proved that the workers participate in enterprise management through collective bargaining negotiations is an important factor in promoting the modern enterprise management system, help to improve productivity and employee morale.Therefore according to the reality of our country how to establish an effective system of collective bargaining, ensure the effective implementation of the collective bargaining is a problem that we need to consider. This paper firstly demonstrates the collective bargain rights related to the collective bargaining and the related theories, and then formed a relatively complete system of collective bargaining. Analysis our country legislation status quo on the collective bargaining now and now in our country of labor relations, to analyze the problems of implementing collective bargaining in our country. In order to ensure the effective implementation of the collective bargaining recommendation, and properly handle labor relations effectively solve labor contradiction, promote the development of a harmonious society.
