With the rapid development of China’s socialist market economy and information science and technology, team spirit has gradually become a basic requirement of the social from all walks of life to the selection of personnel, training and team spirit of cooperation built into an important means of competition ability of the industry to get, become team development and leading to the success of the necessary factors. In the new society, in order to meet the social demand for talents and the construction of a harmonious socialist society, families, schools and society began to pay more attention to the establishment and cultivation of students’ team spirit. The paper analysis the Cheerleading this collective project of primary school students, and to explore how to cultivate team spirit in elementary school from the characteristics of physiological and psychological development of students.This paper adopted the method of literature, questionnaire survey method, case analysis method, interview method, and apply the mathematical statistics method and logic analysis method, through the network retrieval and access to relevant information, to Xi’an Foreign Language University Affiliated elementary school(National Cheerleading demonstration window school) cheerleading team as the research object and for a period of one semester of Cheerleading training teaching, on student’s team spirit to strengthen the training. Through the questionnaire survey that factors affecting students’ team spirit, in the light of these factors and combining the cheerleading training technical features of the instructional design process. The collected data with SPSS 18.0 software by mathematical statistics, that cheerleading technical training on Pupils’ team spirit the influence degree and the data were analyzed using logic analysis method, draw the following conclusions:1. The training for a period of time after found cheerleading curd project uniform basic hand, level, clear clean contrast combination and tacit cooperation to cultivate team spirit of students have a positive role in promoting the, strengthen the team members encouraged each other between, trust each other, the spirit of dedication to the team, team spirit of students have significantly improved, indicating that the cheerleading training is helpful to cultivate team spirit.2. Pupils personality formation is affected by genetic factors, character has a direct impact on the formation and development of team spirit in students. The influence of family, school education and social various forms of living environment and personal consciousness of team spirit in students play main role.3. The cheerleading training based on through to students belonging to a team, team cohesion and team leader consciousness, a sense of discipline and team goals in five aspects to cultivate pupils’ team spirit, the more comprehensive the students team spirit culture and plays a crucial role.
