With the rapid expansion of the process of digitization and mobile Internet,digital publishing has become a new publishing form after traditional paper mediapublishing. It has become the future development trend of publishing industry thatdigital publishing promote the modernization of the entire publishing industry. Thebusiness model of digital publishing company also has become the hot discussion andresearch topic on the publishing media industry. Through the literature reading, wefound that documents for the research of digital publishing industry and digitalpublishing business model have increased in recent years. The digital transition is thefuture of traditional publishing media group, is the direction. Establishing digitalpublishing company is an important means for active transformation, and mostpublishing media listed enterprises also took it as vital strategy. But because digitalpublishing industry chain is still under building, and business models are unclear, thedevelopment of digital publishing corporations not only need totally updated conceptand reconstruction of the publishing process, but also need business model innovation,support and protection in digital publishing professionals, or it would be difficult toobtain effective breakthroughs and sustainable development. Throughout kinds ofdigital publishing research materials, we found that its researches mainly focus ondigital publishing industry, digital publishing profit models, researches in digitaltechnology and contents, training of editing talents, related legal research,construction of publishing platform, mobile publishing, digital publishing marketingand brands, etc.Based on the business model based on the constituent elements of DP company,combined with new media and digital publishing industry characteristics, adopttheory combined with field investigation, collected a large number of domestic andforeign relevant data and contrast analysis of business model at home and abroad, byadopting the combination of qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis researchmethods, from the industrial chain, and comprehensive carding DP downstreamindustry chain structure of the company. Use the Internet way of thinking, to benefit based on user requirements of product data transformation, designed three kinds ofmanagement pattern of success. Follow the "ask questions-analysis problem-tosolve the problem of conventional research paradigm", it is concluded that the DPcompany to a higher level more to go high quality development, innovation anddevelopment, to speed up the development way, at least three aspects need to beinnovative. One is to make clear the development strategy of location from thetop-level design on innovation;2it is around the upstream and downstream, inbuilding their own features on the industrial chain of innovation; Three is to furtheron business model innovation, based on the product and the service take the path ofdifferentiation competition, based on the channels to go the way of diversification,based on perfecting and extending the industrial chain go the way of merger andreorganization of business model innovation.
