The wireless monitoring terminal instrument has widespread application prospects, andplays an important role in a variety of industries. More and more science fields, which arewith micro controller unit as control core and with LCD as the display of digital controlterminal equipment, give intelligent processing to the controlled projects through microcontroller unit.The design is aim at reducing the cost of development, expanding the scope ofapplication and improving the systems’ stability and reliability. Using MSP430F149microcontroller as control core, collecting the signals, displaying in the LCD, and it finally achievesthe goal of data acquisition, display and GSM wireless communication. And this paperfocuses on the process of system’s hardware structuring, which consists of power and resetmodule, data acquisition module, display module, and wireless module, and the process ofsoftware programming.MSP430F149are microcontroller configurations with a powerful16-bit risc CPU and60KB+256B Flash Memory. It has the characteristics of high speed operation, simpledevelopment tool, field programmable, etc. These characteristics bring great convenience tothe design of controlling system. The circuit principle diagram and PCB diagram of eachmodule are designed by Protel.Test results show that the design scheme is feasible. It can achieve the function of watersupply network pressure collection and wireless transmission.
