The Design And Implementation Of Public Logistics Information Platform System

With the rapid development of market economy, our country appeared a large number of small and medium-sized manufacturing and business enterprises. At the same time the logistics informatization let more and more small and medium-sized enterprises and individuals to receive logistics service,and begin to realize that logistics outsourcing is the effective way to to reduce costs and improve the service level. Based on this, a system of public logistics information platform is designed and implemented in this paper.The aim of developing and implementing this platform is to make the whole process of logistics become efficient to help small and medium-sized enterprises to reduce costs, but also make the individuals to exchange the logistics informations more convenient.This paper first describes the present condition of the logistics informatization and the public logistics information platform at home and abroad, and points out the problems existing in the logistics information communication in our country, and discusses the purpose and significance of research in this public logistics information platform system.Secondly, based on demand analysis and technical feasibility analysis of this system, the main functions of the public logistics information platform is gradually established, and these functions are designed in detail, and the overall design of this system is completed.Third, according to the overall design of this system, it would use the database management software, Microsoft SQL Server2008, to complete the design and implementation of database tables.Fourth, according to the functional structure of this system, it would mainly use the development framework, Microsoft Visual Studio2010, to realize a logistics information release and management platform for the businesses or persons.Fifth, in accordance with the purpose and significance of this system’s design, it would carry on the test to the public logistics information platform system.In general, this system provides the management functions for all the informations in the whole logistics process, and improves the logistics management level, and makes the operation simple and quick, and can basically meet the needs of the logistics information exchange and management for the small and medium-sized enterprises and the individuals.
