Product Quality Monitoring And Managing System Based On Manufacturing Process

This design put the conception and design ideas of the products quality monitoring and managing system which is widely used in food, medicine, agricultural application to the process of the production. The product quality traceability system was designed based on special paper continuous production with Tangshan Rongfeng Special Paper Industry as the background.This system is based on MSP430F149 hardware platform, which adopt double MCU architecture. The sensor data collector collects the information of the temperature, pressure and machine speed in the process of production, then through the wireless way to send to the total quality tracking system controller, then the total controller upload data via a serial port to process, total controller control the camera controller to shoot the finished paper just produced. The software of this design uses the graphical programming language of Lab VIEW, combining with digital image processing technology, including data acquisition and control, data storage, monitor the finished paper, traceability queries, etc.The system has realized the producers monitor continuous production process, recording technology parameters, data tracing after the emergence of quality problems, data analysis, so that it exposed problems and solved the problems in the production process in time. This system helps the industry improve the quality of products, reduce costs, and improve employee responsibility.
