The Study And Application Of Project Management Platform For The Field Of Intelligent Control

With the development and expanding scales of the construction machineryindustry, the research on intelligent control system project has been appliedincreasingly in all kinds of engineering machinery products, which covers the wholeseries of engineering machinery product intelligent control system design. Therefore,how to manage the project requirement to be maintained and dig the intellectualproperty in advance becomes an important part of science and technologymanagement. For the needs of present industry status on intelligent product sciencemanagement and informational development, it is necessary to develop a set ofmanagement platform for construction machinery industry intelligent control, whichcan help realize intelligent control and guarantee to get effective legal protection forthe technical secrets and intellectual property involved in the project.Aim at the the present situation of project management platform，the developmentsituation and future trend was analyzed based on current international and domesticintelligent product project management theory and management platform, and projectmanagement platform was researched in advance, designed, developed and testedcombining the actual situation of current enterprise intelligent product projectmanagement.First of all, functional and nonfunctional requirements analysis was put up tounderstand the basic function of the system. Then the application architecture andrunning environment of the system and performance requirements were determinedaccording to the non-functional requirements analysis, and then project managementplatform was realized according to the function of the system. Finally, the detailedtest was carried out to validate whether realizing the expected function.The intelligent control product management platform can help managers tocontrol the product development effectively. It has been operated stably since January2014, which has improved the control degree effectively of the enterprise intelligentcontrol products department in charge of project management. This platform can helpreducing the time cost and making sure the project completed smoothly, whichenhanced the overall efficiency of the project.
