:In recent years, the traditional publishing industry, sluggish growth, while changes in media technology are leading a revolution in the field of digital reading, traditional publishing enterprises face unprecedented challenges. Therefore, the traditional publishing business digital transformation imperative. Digital publishing platform development is an effective means of promoting industrial transformation and upgrading of traditional publishing, but for digital publishing platform for enterprise business model research still insufficient. This focus is reflected in: value creation platform way is not clear, for new Internet competition is not clear. Based on this, the main contents are as follows:First, based on the value of the network to build a digital publishing platform for multilateral market platform to study the value of ecosystem platform for enterprise creation. Then the value of the platform to achieve the publishing process from valuation models of Digital Platform and Internet revenue models under the thinking. Finally, to maintain the value of digital publishing platform from the platform competition point of view.Through the way of combination literature research and case study, this paper draws conclusions are as follows. Value proposition is reflected in: First, based on the demand for the product’s features and service experience of; second, the pursuit of personalized, customized needs; third, users want to be able to participate in the production process.④network effects are key to digital the success of business model for publishing platform;⑤Free, the Internet-based business model can effectively promote value realization;⑥publishing companies should re-examine the new competitive landscape in Internet age, and the need to take the appropriate strategy to the value of maintenance.
