LTE(Long Term Evolution,the Long Term Evolution) is set by the 3 GPP organization of Long Term Evolution of UMTS technology standards. LTE system,introduced the key transmission technologies such as OFDM and MIMO antenna,a significant increase in the frequency spectrum efficiency and data transfer rate(peak rate can reach up 50 mbit/s, 100 mbit/s), and support a variety of bandwidth allocation:1.4 MHz,3 MHz and 5 MHz,10 MHz,15 MHz and 20 MHz,spectrum allocation more flexible, system capacity and coverage increased significantly.LTE wireless network architecture is more flat,reduced the system time delay,reduce the meshing cost and maintenance cost.This thesis studied the basic language features of VC development,the LTE base station physical layer protocol,user plane protocol and VC language.Focus on the analysis of the implementation of PDSCH link technology base station network management system,the base station antenna in the MIMO technology and the base station CMAC scheduling technology.Through study and research,this thesis designs LTE base station network management system,mainly from the overall performance,capacity,and overall framework,such as a base station network system has been designed.Using multi-antenna MIMO and OFDM technologies to increase the capacity and the transceiver of the system.MIMO multi overcharged technology,is a multi-antenna technology,using matrix technology to improve LTE space capabilities.By system design,to achieve a base thesis NMS,particularly in the realization of the analysis station network element and the base station network OMC design implementation and to achieve the VC software module from the OMC. From the experimental point of view of the final performance of the system,especially the way from the data package,time delay,and adaptive performance aspects of the experimental analysis.
