The Design Of Health Records Management System With Blood Pressure Management For Community Resident

With the arrival of the aging population, patients with chronic diseases and sub-health has increased, the focus of medical service gradually shifted from hospital to community health service institutions. The establishment of resident health records is the basis and premise of community health service agencies which can provide medical services for community residents. A good health records management system can reduce the workload of residents’ health records management, and greatly improve the efficiency of community resident health records management. In the complex role of the socio-economic and environmental factors, high blood pressure has become a serious harm to human health, so the management of blood pressure becomes extremely important. The software of blood pressure management currently on the market only concerns blood pressure information, which is single and not enough. So it’s necessary to combine the residents of personal health records and blood pressure management together to provide comprehensive health information for the management of blood pressure, and thus better managing blood pressure. Currently, lacking of interaction between community doctor and residents leads doctors not only obtaining obsolete and lag information, but also taking untimely health intervention and medical assistance. To establish a convenient doctor-patient interaction platform, community residents and community physicians can timely exchange and update their health information which facilitates community physicians to provide better health services. According to the above idea and thinking, this thesis designs a health records management system with blood pressure management for community resident, with both doctors and residents involved, providing health records management, blood pressure management, and the doctor-patient interaction service.Based on the SSH framework, combining with blood pressure management and doctor-patient interaction, we use Java programming language and database technologies to build a health records management system which provides the better health management tool for the community medical service institutions and the community residents.In this thesis we expound the foundation of the topic and present research situation. We discuss the MVC design pattern, Struts2, Spring, Hibernate framework, system technology, demand analysis, overall plan of the system and database design. Then we elaborate the system process of development, and the final run of the system. Finally we summarize the characteristics, innovation and some defects in this system.We have achieved the basic function of the health records management system with blood pressure management for community resident and reached the desired objectives. It confirms that the design of this program is feasible.
