With the development of information construction, the public security organs all around the country have built and applied several kinds of business systems, which have made great efforts to case detection. However, since the network, service requirement, construction period and security level is different, there are several systems by different business with the data apart from each other, which leads to inappropriate usage and inefficient work. The urgency current task is to integrate the business and data source from different systems, and to provide an integrative platform of business and applications to realize the comprehensive usage.Service-Oriented Architecture(SOA for short) is a new kind of design thought and software architecture. Loose coupling, service agility and open standard is the key technique of Enterprise Application Integration(EAI for short). Recently, there is not a general SOA software which can solve the integration problem of applications of different fields. Therefore, it has to design for the specified requirement, and the integration research of police business application is still in a fledging period.This thesis was modeled on the real program from a certain enterprise. It studied how to integrate the interception business and the real case-detection by the SOA method. The implement method of the integration was the main topic of this thesis.The paper firstly discussed the integration method and technique architecture based on the detailed analysis of the user requirement, and brought forward the system application architecture and SOA with the local information interaction platform as the enterprise service bus, which is based on the SOA structure and layering design.The paper then studied the key business flow in police service integration system, and modeled on the typical applications such as user logon, one-key search, meeting remind by Business Process Modeling Notation(BPMN for short) and cleared the relationship between business functions and data.For the service packing design, the paper studied the function and data classification method, with which the service packing is classified by working, reminding, alarming, noticing, guiding and servicing functions. The self-adaptive interface adapter was designed for the existence both of JMS and Web service. An optimized design for non-status management of service by agency was discussed in this paper. The design for forwardly pushing data to client by the reverse AJAX tech was also studied to match the need of timeliness requirement.For the design of information interaction, the paper discussed on the enterprise service bus of local information interaction platform. The paper also discussed the information interaction architecture based on Message Oriented Middleware(MOM for short) and the detailed service flow of each function.The last two chapters of the paper showed the realization and test result of the integration system. In chapter six, the paper studied on the key service flows such as user logon, one-key search, meeting reminding and information interaction. In chapter seven, the performance index of the system was tested and analyzed.By the integration system designed in this paper, the detailed solution based on the SOA for the business integration in police application is raised, which will enlarge the value of the business system and data, and also increase the actual usage of application system.By the integration system designed in this paper, the detailed solution based on the SOA for the business integration in police application is raised, which will enlarge the value of the business system and data, and also increase the actual usage of application system.
