Design And Implementation Of Processing Big Data File By Java Multiple Thread Based On MES

With the rapid development of China economy,as a pillar industry,the manufacturing industry is also developing rapidly,enterprises are facing fierce competition, through the computer automation technology to improve the production process automation and information technology to improve production efficiency become the focus of attention of the enterprise. Execution System Manufacturing(MES) is a data acquisition system between the ERP management system and the production process, it can manage and schedule the production process better. The manufacturing execution system has been applied in many manufacturing enterprises.Based on the research of manufacturing execution system, this paper analyzes the current situation of the application of manufacturing execution system in China and abroad, and makes a detailed explanation of the key functions in the manufacturing execution system. Finally, based on the characteristics of manufacturing execution system,the function of a Multiple Thread processing large data file system is realized, the function through Multiple Thread analysis the large data file and statistics the excute result.
