The main characteristics of modern mold production are strong production timeliness, high technical content, the frequent repeatability.From the production plan, to the strict design process, to determine the outsourcing parts production, finally to mold production process, each node in process restricts each other, closely together. In the past,information communication passing through the paper form, leading to low production efficiency, making collaboration harder, especially involving enterprise system between external parts procurement results in the lagging of the follow-up production. So, We can greatly improve the efficiency of the mold production synergy and shorten the delivery cycle,if making effective information management true.In this context, the paper focuses on the mould collaboration production problems, mainly from the project management, task management, outsourcing management, process driving, data synchronization and so on.In this paper, the main work includes the following aspects:The paper describes the current situation of mold production at home and abroad and the development trend firstly.Secondly the paper describes the architecture design based on the the system requirements,including logical architecture design, functional architecture design, deployment architecture design.Thirdly,mould production collaboration management system was introduced in detail.Based on the system requirement,the system is divided into five functional modules, including project management module, outsourcing management module, virtual team management module, task management module, document management module.The paper also describes database design and the key technology of the system,including the work flow management based on Activiti, interoperability interface based on the restfulservice application, application dynamic deployment based on Docker.At last,the paper describes implementation and testing of system in detail.Firstly the paper introduced system development environment configuration. Secondly the paper describes the realization of the function of system main modules and display of the core code. Finally the paper describes the testing of system,including the functional test,the performance test,the acceptance test.The design and development of the system accords with the actual demand of some auto mould manufacturing enterprises.At present, the system has been running in the enterprise, making the work process standard, improving the efficiency of collaboration, decreasing the cost of collaborative design.
