The big data have been attracting more and more researchers’ interest in IOV recently. The massive data collected from users is uploaded to the cloud by the service providers of IOV, and then is stored, processed and analyzed by cloud so that a series of convenient service can be offered to users and the urban ITS can be formed through making full use of the storage and computation advantages of cloud. However, storing data in the vehicle-cloud platform is also confronted with the problem of security, especially the problem of integrity. As a result, the technology of detecting the integrity for data stored in cloud and restoring the error data after data detection comes into being. As analyzed above, the research on detecting the integrity of big data in cloud for IOV and the technology of restoring data has been studied in this thesis. The main contents are as follows:(1) The features and structures of cloud platform in IOV are introduced, and then the security problem of storing data in cloud platform and the importance of ensuring the integrity for data are analyzed. Moreover, the existing models and protocols used for detecting the integrity of data are presented, also their advantages and disadvantages are analyzed. Lastly, the corresponding environments and scenarios are obtained through comparatively analyzing.(2) The data is blocked and grouped based on the POR protocol according to the features of collecting and uploading the big data on vehicle-cloud platform. Thereafter RS code is built for data block to improve the opponent coding. Finally, the process of detecting the integrity of big data in the “challenge-response-verify” mode on vehicle-cloud platform is designed to provide infinite amount of detection through introducing the third proxy based on the “challenge-response” mechanism.(3) A certain proportion of detected error data can be restored using the algorithm of data restoration designed through RS coding combined with the approach of storing data in redundant duplicate way. The simulation results show that the proposed method of detecting the integrity and restore error data for big data on vehicle-cloud platform is of security and outperforms other methods.
