In China, the problem of aging society is becoming more and more serious, and the health problem of elder has attracted much attention, with the improvement of living standard, the aged wanted to get proper care in the family environment. Also due to the continuous development and progress of IoT, computer technology, and communication technology, medical industry also move to the information age, which promote health service fast forward. Therefore, the main purpose of this thesis is to establish a health information service platform, which can effectively help to solve home care problems. Actually, this thesis puts forward a solution to the user health information service platform under the home environment.This thesis analyzes the needs of health information service platform, defines the service types of the platform, which divided into active service and passive service, and then designs the system architecture, including perception layer, network layer and application layer. Health professionals are introduced into the platform, which can provide health services to the family users with their professional knowledge. We realize each function module for both home users and the experts, based on the Web service technologies. The MVC framework can make each module independe nt, which ensures the maintenance and development of the service platform become easier. We also take a full consideration to the security of the platform.This thesis also designs a Short Message Service(SMS) alarm function based on the third-party SMS platform. We can take a real-time monitor on physiological health parameters, and launch alarm procedures when the abnormal situation is detected, which will send SMS to notify the family of the aged to concern. The test results show the user experience is well, the platform is secure and stable, and the displayed data is correct, which verify the feasibility and friendship of the health information service platform.
