In communication system design, the basic problem is the electromagnetic wave attenuation in various environmental conditions accurately forecast. As humans on Mars and other planets, the moon probe, particle system with different frequencies of electromagnetic wave scattering, attenuation and depolarization effect, become one of the related research topics of concern. This thesis mainly around the partial charged particles to solve electromagnetic scattering properties of anisotropic and its influence on electromagnetic wave propagation process of particle system problem, draw lessons from existing literature results for exploration. The main work is as follows:First, considering the mainly of quartz sand and dust particles, based on refractive index ellipsoid equation, discusses the strong electric field under the action of the change of dielectric constant. Through numerical simulation and particle electrical parameters on the scattering field is discussed, the influence of differential scattering cross section, the results show that the anisotropic sphere particles scattering field intensity space distribution of two component as the change of particle charge and charge distribution Angle presents different trends, but the direction of the scattering field component is greater than the direction of the component.Secondly, gives the heterogeneous local electric isotropic sphere particles equivalent medium theory, and discusses the radial and tangential dielectric constant ratio on its internal and external electric potential distribution. The results show that with the increase of two dielectric constant ratio, particle internal and external electric potential change; With the increase of particle spherical center distance, increasing particle external potential.Again, this paper introduces the dust storms are common categories in the study of particle size distribution function, and discussed the ball particle radial and tangential coordinates the ratio of dielectric constant of the effect of the electromagnetic wave attenuation in the particle system. Results show that no matter what the medium model, several kinds of distribution function of the influence of attenuation.Finally, this paper’s main work has carried on the brief summary.
