In order to guarantee the quality of products, the reliability technology has received wide attention from all over the world, especially in the field of military equipment, aerospace technology and other fields. The “to improve the reliability of research of pressure transmitter” as a topic, this paper expounds the development trend of pressure transmitter at home and abroad. It is pointed out that the main objective of this paper is to improve the quality of the pressure transmitter.In this paper,the failure analysis, failure mechanism, faliure mode defintion and basic theory are introduced. The defintion, advanatages and disadvantage of the fault tree analysis method are analyzed in detail. Through the fault tree analysis method analysised the engineering mechanical pressure transmitter failure, from the theory that 27 pressure transmitter failure mechanism. Based on the fault tree analysis method, of the pressure transducer were important degree analysis, pressure transmitter of each basic event according to the size of the importance order, to botain the high-pressure diaphragm deformation and damage, electromagnetic interference,circuit board damp of the important degree is the highest. For improve the reliability of the pressure transmitter provide a specific technology and process.In based on the summary of failure analysis, this paper put forward engineering mechanical pressure transmitter reliability improvement of specific methods: first, use of finite element analysis method to design and analysis the self-produced KY22 micromelt sensor base, in theory that self-produced KY22 micromelt sensor resistance ability, high load, more suitable for high-pressure range of pressure transmitter products; second, the product increases the shielding circuit board, pressure transmitter of the original main circuit board PCB were redesigned for increase the anti-interference ability; third, redesign cover structure and pot the sealant to the cover.In order to verity the feasibility of the concrete reliability improvement measure, design and manufacture the engineering prototype. The engineering prototype carry out accelerated life test, electromagnetic interference test, immersion and salt spray test and analysis the test data. Analysis results show that the engineering prototype performance and function, inherent reliability engineering mechanical pressure variable all are significantly improved.After a year of product failure repair tracking, warranty period cumulative failure rate dowm to 0.5% from the prior to the improvement of 12% to intended purpose, can basically meet the need of the current project.
