Research On The Knowledge Sharing Of Wiki Reading In The Digital Virtual Context

Reading, a social practice progress for humans acquiring communication symbols, enables people to understand the nature of world and spread world civilization, just in which way human civilization could go on generation by generation. Meanwhile, media, the carrier of symbols, is affecting people s reading form deeply along with its development, which is especially remarkable in web 2.0 era.In web 2.0 era, with the continuous development of media technology, new media like electronic media and network media etc. are changing the form of information presentation, which also cause fundamental revolution in people s reading. Influenced by the development tendency of SNS, Web 2.0 era advocates participatory culture and proposes to reflect users initiative through personalized expression and interactive communication in new media. The technique Wiki, as a typical application in Web 2.0 era, while reflecting users participation value, is deeply affecting people s reading form by its open and sharing media form. Wiki reading, based on wiki technique, solved the technical problem of readers participation in editing by virtue of open source code, which enables readers to browse, create and modify reading text in the process of reading; in other words, readers can contribute their knowledge in a collaborative way while acquiring knowledge through reading. In this way, readers who are interested in a common theme will naturally form a virtual community in the form of collaborative writing; thus, all readers that participate in the editing can communicate and share the knowledge of a certain field, which realize the goal of knowledge sharing. In a word, wiki reading changes the past reading form in which individual s information acquisition and knowledge accumulation were stressed and now advocates the way to stimulate readers participation enthusiasm to share and contribute their knowledge in the way of collaborative writing, so as to realize the knowledge sharing in reading.In this paper, by combing the evolution track of reading form, it conducts comparative analysis on two big reading systems, namely paper reading and digital reading, and discovers the development law of various elements in the development process of reading form. Meanwhile, it analyzes the current reading situation based on the twelfth Nationwide Reading Survey Report, in which it shows that digital reading is becoming people s main reading form and the realization forms of digital reading are becoming more and more diverse. Take Wechat reading as an example, social-contact-based reading forms are increasing and readers participation awareness in editing reading content is strengthening. However, the reading tendencies of entertaining, fragmentation and shallow reading etc. occurred are becoming alarming problems in digital reading at present stage.Considering those problems existed in digital reading, this paper, from the angle of media technology, tries to provide ideas for reference based on the analysis on knowledge sharing in wiki reading. In the first part, according to the combing of development track of reading form and analysis on Nationwide Reading Survey Report, it defines wiki reading based on the analysis on wiki technical feature and analyzes the conditions and influence factors to realize knowledge sharing in wiki reading. In the second part, it conducts detailed analysis on sharing subject, sharing content, sharing carrier and sharing technology separately based on the process of knowledge sharing in wiki reading and therefore constructs the panorama of knowledge sharing. In the third part, it mainly analyzes problems existed in three levels including sharing subject, sharing content and sharing carrier and provides solutions from three aspects including technology, community management and reading subject, and finally analyzes the development tendency of knowledge sharing in wiki reading from platformization and social contact. In conclusion, this paper conducts analysis on knowledge sharing in wiki reading from the angle of media technology, hoping to provide valid reference for popularizing nationwide reading and improving nationwide reading rate.
