Food Safety Problems And Countermeasures Research Of Harmonious Society

Food are necessities for our human being very day, and these necessities are being developed with the society. Whether these rich and colorful food are safe and reliable to meet the increasing high requirements of our human being? The answer to this question cannot be solved satisfactorily so far. With the increasing of more and more kinds of food, Chinese food are facing the complicated problem of safety. Under the background of constructing harmonious society, this basic problem seems to be more and more outstanding. In this paper, requirement and safety of food and their relationship with the harmonious society are analyzed, so as to expound the main hidden danger in food safety, and then countermeasures to food safety are proposed finally. Based on the summary of food safety and its present situation, common causes to this problem are found out. These suggestion and proposals are playing a positive role in solving this problem of food safety.
