As two newest means measurement-digital photogrammetry and 3D laser scanning technology, both of them have advantages like: non-contact, little affected by environmental factors and high speed data acquisition, been widely used in industry,construction and other fields, and introduced into the deformation monitoring.Photogrammetry and laser scanning both have advantages and disadvantages, if we combine these two techniques apply to deformation monitoring, there will be a big improve compared to the relative disadvantage of a single technology.In this thesis, we combine non-metric digital camera close-range photogrammetry and terrestrial laser scanning technology into landslide deformation monitoring,summarize the advantages and disadvantages of each monitoring technology, discuss on the observation station layout, data collection methods selected and data impact conditions, for the actual test objectives actual topography case, design data acquisition program, through multi-baseline close-range photogrammetry and three-dimensional laser scanner, got three phase date of images and three dimensional laser point cloud,and carried out indoor date process. Evaluation the accuracy of each period data,indicating that data accuracy of whether image or three-dimensional laser point cloud can meet deformation monitoring accuracy requirements-10 mm or less. Completed date registration of image and point cloud using same target system or characteristic line extracted, and then got color point cloud, proposed and implemented a high steep point cloud filtering based on image information assisted, filtering effect is good, high efficiency. Outcome and treatment data of each period of surface models and contour models, summary the differences of terrestrial laser scanning technology and multi-baseline photogrammetry technology, analyzed target deformation using each period data,the results shows that there was no change during the observation period of test target, get a set of effective unite deformation monitoring programs.
