In this paper, the curved boundary cylindrical shell structure-rigid body expansion system with internal pressure used to be applied pressure power converted into kinetic energy of rigid body. Because of geometric nonlinearity, the coupled and rigid body contact with the rigid body, mathematical model is not used precisely to describe the expansion process. Based on the relationship between static and dynamic deformation of curved edge column shell,this paper presents dynamic modeling and analysis method,simplifying the mathematical description of the system. Establish the three-dimensional dynamic model of the curved boundary cylindrical shell structure-rigid body expansion system with internal pressure and dynamic model of the internal pressure expansion system with the adjustable device by the Lagrange equation.Embed it in a special platform for the system by using Matlab.In this paper,based on C++, MFC and OpenGL,the program is designed with humanized interface, users can easily modify the structure parameters, material parameters,etc., and people can use the built-in module structure to judge the design is reasonable or not.The users can also make their choices to output the parameters, and draw the related curve movement and deformation configurations.OpenGL technology was adopted to accomplished the visualization and can better show expansion process of the curved boundary cylindrical shell structure-rigid body expansion system with internal pressure.In the end, for a given structure and material parameters,test and verify the reliability of the proposed numerical model and the effectiveness of the posture adjustment device in the development platform by numerical simulation. Posture adjustable device is discussed in detail for the influence of outside motion of rigid body,for this kind structure of the system, the design can provide a certain technical guidance and theoretical support.
