BDS precise point positioning (PPP) uses one single BDS receiver observing un-differenced dual frequency pseudorange and carrier phrase observations, along with GFZ precise orbit and satellite clocks, for stand-alone precise geodetic point positioning (static or kinematic) with centimeter precision. The principle of the BDS Precise Point Positioning is the same as GPS Precise Point Positioning, mainly using information about GFZ precise orbit and satellite clock. On the base of the information makes use of observations of dual-frequency pseudorange and carrier measurements received from one receiver. This paper describes the approach of BDS PPP in detail, primarily including the un-differenced data preprocessing, the mathematical models and algorithms of BDS un-differenced precise point positioning, setting up error corrections, the approach of least squares parameter estimation. The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1)The thesis does researches on three kinds of the un-differenced positioning model, such as the traditional model, the UofC model and the non-ambiguity model, detail introduction that observation equation linearization is studied in depth.(2)The characteristics of different types errors and the errors correction methods in BDS positioning are analyzed in detail. including precise satellite clock error, receiver clock error, the ionospheric delay, the troposphere delay.(3)The methods of data quality control and parameter estimation in BDS PPP are studied systematically, mainly including M-W combination for gross error, cycle slips detecting and repairing by use of phase reduce pseudorange law and ionized layer remnant method of difference, by using the method of least square estimating the location information of the receiver and the receiver clock error.(4)This paper mainly uses precise orbit and satellite clock error provided by GFZ, through PANDA software,developed by WuHan university conducting Precise Point Positioning experiment.
