In order to cut down the waiting time of OGY method, it is proved that original value, the default open time and system evolution equation is the influence factors of the waiting time of OGY method.which is from two aspects of theoretical level and system simulation level. System orbit is directed with adaptive particle swarm optimization algorithm which is chaotic(ACPSO) in the early, distance of iterative value and fixed point is used as objective function of ACPSO. It is expected that optimal iterative values found in eight steps, which is used as origina value of the next update, and wait for system into the small neighborhood of the fixed point, OGY methed is opened.Simulation is done by Matlat, the results showed that(ACPSO-OGY) algorithm can guide Henon mapping into the neighborhood of immovable station within expected update step; Orbit of system is stable to the value of the fixed point by using tiny changes of control parameters after open OGY control, and the waiting time of OGY method is large shortened, which proves effectiveness of ACPSO-OGY in chaotic system control. Making comparisons with rest algorithm which are improved before, it not only shortens waiting time in controlling chaotic system by using ACPSO guiding orbit, but also is easier achieved. So, ACPSO-OGY algorithm has more advantages. Finally, limits of the improved algorithm and prospects are given.
