M/M/S/K+M Queuing Model And Its Application

Aimed at the characteristics of the queuing model for impatient and give up waiting, first of all, this paper studies the impatient of M/M/S/K+M queuing model, based on the theory of markov model is deduced when meet the equations, matrix iterative solution method is proposed to solve the model, got impatient of M/M/S/K+M queuing model of the stationary distribution probability, at any time and get the system steady-state captain matrix expression, and calculation formula of the analytic solution is given and the relevant index;Secondly,based on uncertain factors are studied impatient M/M/S/K+M queuing model,consider waiting for leave because of the uncertain factors exist in the process of queue to give up waiting, stationary distribution expression is given and calculation formula of relevant indicators; Finally, the proposed based on the uncertainty of impatient M/M/S/K+M queuing model application in fuxin branch of China mobile in the queue model of a business center, the establishment of a mobile company customers queuing service impatient M/M/S/K+M model and based on the uncertainty of impatient M/M/S/K+M queuing model, analysis on every index of the system, make the customer service center of the system to achieve optimal performance. The model for feedback, retry and other queuing model has important theoretical guiding significance, for the Banks and other customer service system have important application value.
