In order to improve the reliability of complex systems, the reliability of the component is improved, but the extent of the improvement is limited. So it is necessary to reserve component for subsystem to improve the reliability of complex systems. When the sample information is not sufficient, the Bayes method is common to use, and the prior distribution is based on the historical data. Now there are many studies for the reliability of the system, which is based on series, parallel, k-out-of-n, or a specific system. But the researches about the general complex systems with the standby component are few. Therefore, it is significant to use Bayes Method to estimate the reliability of the general complex system described by minimum path with the standby component both from theory and practice.This paper uses Bayes Method to study the reliability for the general complex system with standby component which is described by minimal path, and every component is independent. The main results as follows:First, the complex system is described by minimum paths. When the life of the component follows the exponential distribution with the same and different parameter, the Bayes estimation of the reliability for the subsystem which have a standby component under the type-? censoring are presented.Second, when the life of the component follows exponential distribution, under the type-? censoring, the Bayes estimation of the reliability for the system which have two standby component by Bayes Method are obtained.Third, each component of the subsystem obeys Weibull distribution and the shape parameter of the Weibull distribution is known. Under Type-?censoring, the Bayes estimation of the reliability of the complex system which subsystems have a and two standby components are given respectively.Finally, when the shape parameter of the Weibull distribution is unknown, the Bayesian estimation of the reliability for the complex system with a subsystem which have a standby component under Type-?censoring is presented.
