The Theory Of Ordered Weighted Averaging Operator And Ordered Weighted Harmonic Averaging Operator And Their Application In Multi-attribute Decision Making And Combination Forcasting

In this paper,First of all,we give new models to determine the weighing values of OWA operator;Second,we come up with the GWHOWHA operator,and discuss the different properties of the GWHOWHA operator with the multi parameters fluctuated.last but not least,we demonstrate the method to solve the problem of multi-attribute group decision making;Next,we put forward the IGOWC-OWHA operator and IOWC-GOWHA operator,analyze their respective properties, and use these operators which are based on the vectorial angle cosine and exponential supporting degree to solve the problems which are related to interval combination forecasting;Finally,we take some examples to explain the rationlity and validity of the methods.
