Simulation And Optimization Of The Processes In Z City Tobacco Logistics Distribution Center

With the accelerated pace of economic globalization,the competition in the tobacco industry is becoming more and more fierce.In order to be able to compete in the fierce market competition in an invincible position,have to look to be called the "third profit source" of the logistics construction.The logistics distribution center as the basis of tobacco logistics is the most important link,its importance is self-evident.Therefore,to improve the operation efficiency of the logistics distribution center through the operation process optimization,reduce the waste of resources,and enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises is of great significance.In this paper,the Z city tobacco logistics distribution center as the research object,combined with process optimization,system simulation and other related theories,according to the actual situation of logistics center,with the help of simulation software to optimize the logistics distribution center operation process and the effect analysis.First of all,the development of process optimization and logistics system simulation is studied,and the related concepts and theoretical knowledge of process optimization and system simulation are described.Secondly,on the basis of field survey in the Z city tobacco logistics distribution center,the status of the logistics distribution center operation flow,and the personnel configuration,equipment use,etc..Then,the simulation model of logistics distribution center operation flow is constructed by Flexsim simulation software,and the simulation model is carried out by the research of the actual operation data of logistics distribution center.Through the analysis of simulation results,we can clearly know the operation of each link,and find out the problems in the process of tobacco logistics distribution center in Z city.At last,according to the problem of the previous analysis,the corresponding improvement measures are put forward,and the simulation of the operation process is carried out to improve the optimization.Through the comparison analysis,the logistics distribution center of the whole operation process is more smooth and more efficient than before,and the idle rate of personnel and equipment is reduced significantly.
