With the in-depth study of functional genes and genomes and the development of bioinformatics,it makes a gradually shift from random screening to directional screening in finding and discovering new antibiotics.In this study,the salt environment actinomycetes were used as tested strains from Xinjiang,we selected the addicted(resistance)salt actinomycetes strains,who carried antibiotic biosynthetic genes.The antimicrobial activity was measured by the fermentation broth,according to the results,we screened actinomycetes strains who has the potential for producing antibiotics.hen research conducted secondary metabolites for discovering new antimicrobial compounds.Screening the antimicrobial active halophilic actinomycetes.In this research,the 48 halophilic actinomycetes were used for measured strains who carried antibiotics synthesis genes.The Staphylococcus aureus,Staphylococcus pidermidis,Escherichia coli,Candida albican,Candida tropicalis,and Candida krusei were served as targets.Carried out the Oxford cup method,we measured antibacterial activities of these actinomycetes.The results showed that 18 actinomycetes had antibacterial activities,among which 15 strains were against S.aureus of S.Pidermidis,11 against Candida spp,and 3 against E.coli,16 strains carried more than two antibiotic synthesis genes.16 strains carried PKS-I,PKS-II and NRPS of two or more genes.The active strains make up the largest part of these measured stains,which carried two antibiotic genes.The stains that carried three antibiotic genes possess a broad antibacterial spectrum.The ethyl acetate extract and methanol extract were showed against E.coli or Candida spp.Study on Secondary Metabolites of tow Actinopolyspora.The Actinopolyspora TRM H105 and Actinopolyspora TRM 45106 were selected for this research.We carried out many methods for Separating purificating and identifying the active compounds,such as macroporous resin adsorption,silica gel column chromatography,high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC),Ultraviolet Spectroscopy,Infrared Spectroscopy and nuclear magnetic resonance(nmr)method.Eventually we isolated 3 monomer compounds from these stains.A coumarins compound 6-Hydroxymellein were isolated from TRM H105,2 fatty acids compounds were separated from TRM 45106.
