In the marine environment, wave of ocean engineering building, port and ship generated huge impact force, is the main factors lead to the damage of marine equipment. Therefore, the wave simulation study on improving the reliability for marine equipment is very important.Wave making system is the core equipment for the realization of ocean wave simulation in the experimental pool. The wave impact data are collected by the disturbance of water body, and the correlation analysis is carried out to provide the basis for the development of marine equipment.Based on the comprehensive analysis of the domestic and foreign scholars on the wave generated based on the mechanism of refers to appear by the limit wave steepness theory and micro amplitude wave theory was used to deduce the wave height formula used has some limitations in the test pool. According to the test pool made wave system energy optimization problems, through the analysis of the test pool rocking plate wave principle and water points trajectory, by changes in the volume of flow in fluid mechanics, established the test pool wave height and wave plate motion velocity and the angle between the mathematical equations are derived, and the relationship between the energy and the wave height. On this basis, according to the rocking plate wave in the process of energy transformation, analyzes the different plate initial deflection shake generated wave energy changes. The wave making system is built and the experimental study is carried out. The shaking plate of different initial angle machine structure is designed accordingly, validate the established mathematical models. By comparison, the initial swing angle and swing angle range of the wave plate is finally obtained.Through the study of wave generation method and energy optimization for the wave generation system of the experimental tank, the theoretical guidance is provided for the design and development of the offshore engineering platform. The research contents and results are summarized, and the reliability evaluation of marine equipment is provided.
