Saline-alkali land is big coverage and high salinity in the northern of Shanxi, it has a great influence on production of agriculture and forestry, what is more important, a serious threat to the local biodiversity. This research based on special heavy saline-alkali land in the northern of Shanxi, use pyrus betulaefolia, Chinese wolfberry, elaeagnus angustifolia, tamarisk, conifers tamarisk, elm, sandy lam and p. eupHratica eight species as research object, use enzymatic activity level and influence to the pHysical and chemical properties about soil of species as measurement basis, compare the strength of the eight varieties of resistance and adaptability in the saline environment and Effects on soil pHysical and chemical properties of modified, choose the suitable species in the northern of Shanxi. In a period (April-October)of 2015,about 23 every month, remove the soil samples in the site (0-20cm and 20-40cm)around eight species and blank, measure the water content, the soil EC value and the soil pH value, comparison and analysis on them; The influence of saline-alkali land for species: Statistics the survival rate and existing rate of trees, measure enzyme activity level of Root, stem and leaf about eight species, work at variance analysis and multiple comparisons according to the results, determine the merits of the resistance about species for saline-alkali land. Come to a conclusion as follows:The order of the eight species survival rate:Pyrus betulaefolia> Populus diversifolia> Chinese tamarisk> Ulmus pumila> Sabina vulgarisare> Chinese Tamarisk Twig> Elaeagnus angustifolia> Medlar. The order of the eight species save rate:Pyrus betulaefolia> Populus diversifolia> Chinese tamarisk > Chinese Tamarisk Twig> Elaeagnus angustifolia> Ulmus pumila>Medlar> Sabina vulgarisareSoil water content compares with the blank, the order of the eight species:Pyrus betulaefolia> Chinese tamarisk> Elaeagnus angustifolia> Chinese Tamarisk Twig> Populus diversifolia> Medlar> Ulmus pumila> Sabina vulgarisare. The soil pH value compares with the blank, the order of the eight species:Pyrus betulaefolia> Chinese tamarisk> Chinese Tamarisk Twig> Elaeagnus angustifolia> Populus diversifolia> Medlar> Ulmus pumila> Sabina vulgarisare. The soil EC value compares with the blank, the order of the eight species:Pyrus betulaefolia> Chinese tamarisk> Chinese Tamarisk Twig> Elaeagnus angustifolia> Populus diversifolia> Medlar> Ulmus pumila>Sabina vulgarisare.According to the measurement results of eight species SOD,POD and CAT enzyme activity level in a period (April-October),we can get that saline-alkali stress of sample plot had an extremely significant effect for eight species.1, Enzyme activity order of every species:root>stem>leaf;2, Content change trend in a period:rises first and fall later;3,compare of species:enzyme activity of Pyrus betulaefolia, Chinese tamarisk and Elaeagnus angustifolia is best. Low resistance and adaptability of Ulmus pumila and Sabina vulgarisare compare with Pyrus betulaefolia, Chinese tamarisk, Chinese Tamarisk Twig, Elaeagnus angustifolia, Populus diversifolia and Medlar, their resistance and adaptability are lower for saline environment.
