The spectral imaging technology,with the resolving power both on the space and on the spectral at the same time,is the combination of spectroscopy and image analysis.The spectral imaging technology has been applied in many fields,such as biomedicine,fine agriculture,military reconnaissance.geological exploration and so on.Acousto-optic tunable filter(AOTF) is a newfashioned spectral element.which can quickly select the wavelength in the wide field.AOTF has a lot of advantages:small volume;large aperture angle;solid structure;flexible and fast turning in the wide field;high diffraction efficiency.The study on the AOTF being applied on spectral imaging technology has become a research focus at home and abroad.But in our country,we are late to start researching in the field of AOTF being applied on spectral imaging technology.As of now.our research hasn't entered into the practical phase.There are still a lot of practical problems to explore for us.In this paper,for the research of non-collinear AOTF being applied on microscopic hyperspectral imaging technology,the optical wedge was placed in exit surface of crystal in AOTF so that the variation of outer crystal diffraction angle reduced 99.6% and basically eliminated image drift phenomenon;microscopic hyperspectral imaging system was established by using self-designed TeO2 non-collinear AOTF as spectral component, the availability.good spectral property,high resolution and stability of the system was verified by experiment,and the microscopic hyperspectral images of human body stomach tissue sections under different central wavelength of the diffracted light were obtained;the microscopic hyperspectral imaging system was optimized to accommodate microscope,AOTF and CCD by using the ZEMAX optical design software so that we can get better image results.This paper is intended to play a positive role in promoting AOTF being applied on hyperspectral imaging technology.
