Some sea areas with adverse nautical environment in China are in short of suitable buoys,resulting in the small number of buoys arrangement,ineffective maritime monit-oring system and failure to provide guarantee for maritime explorations.Buoys act as part of the monitoring system and navigation.Therefore,by adding buoys arrangements in deep sea areas and improving the safety and reliability of buoys,the establishments and sailing safety will be promoted.Contents:this article offers the suggested maximal working and living conditions of wave-piercing(multicolumn)buoys.1.With the steel buoys(HF-3.0,diameter-3m)in East Sea area as the prototype,the elementary design of wave-piercing(multicolumn)buoys is finished,its dead weight,buoyance and reserve buoyance are calculated,and the indicators like the buoyant center,barycenter,initial stability,natural period(rolling,pitch,heaving)stability at large angle,wind stability criterion are checked to meet with the current principles of buoys.2.Based on the respective calculation of the wind,waves,and current load of the buoys in maximal working and living conditions,strains and stresses index of buoys in the above two conditions are analyzed through Static Structural Module in the ANSYS Workbench,to guarantee the buoys' safety and reliability.3.Wave-piercing(multicolumn)buoys are simplified as wet surface model,and its hydrodynamic coefficients(First-order Wave Force?Second-order Wave Force,Added Mass,Added Damping and RAO Response)are analyzed through AQWA Module in ANSYS Workbench,to guarantee its stability and safety.
