With the development of stereo vision 3D scene reconstruction technology,people put forward higher requirements for modeling accuracy,modeling efficiency,economic benefits and automation.Remote sensing,as an effective means of image capturing,has been widely used in the field of tilting photogrammetry and terrestrial 3D reconstruction.In particular,UAV remote sensing has a unique advantage in the reconstruction with its high spatial resolution and wide field of view.Aiming at the shortcomings of the existing three-dimensional reconstruction technology,such as high cost and low efficiency,it is very important to develop a highly efficient and elaborate three-dimensional scene modeling system with UAV high image.This paper first uses UAV high image to generate DOM,DEM and point cloud data,combined with PhotoScan software,and obtain feature parameters from them.Then,based on the parametric modeling method,the 3D model is constructed.Finally,C#language and SQL SERVER database organize and manage multi-source mass spatial data on the VS2010 platform.Given this,it designs three-dimensional scene modeling system by using the secondary development of Skyline and DirectX as a platform.The main contents and achievements of this paper are as follows:(1)The acquisition and preprocessing process of UAV image data are described in detail.The SFM algorithm is used to recover the point cloud data of UAV image,and the DOM,DEM and point cloud data are generated by commercial software PhotoScan.Comparing with known control points,the accuracy is obtained.(2)A parametric modeling method based on DOM and point cloud data is proposed.Based on the DOM,it analyses the model feature of ground object and obtain point coordinates by point cloud data.The triangle network connection method is used to construct 3D model,and map the build model.(3)The characteristics of the data needed to restore the 3D scene by UAV are much categories,large numbers and complicated structure.Start from the conceptual model,logical model and physical model of the database,it develops a set of management system of 3D scene database.According to the characteristics of ground object,it sets point coordinate and azimuth coordinate of the model,and designs the corresponding data storage table structure,which solves the problem that the ground object model is automatically and accurately placed into terrain model.(4)Based on the DirectX and secondary development technology of Skyline,it develops a set of three-dimensional scene modeling system which is divided into three functional modules:three-dimensional modeling module,three-dimensional scene building module,and information management and spatial analysis module.They can be used to recover 3D scene,query and browse data,and display the visualization.Moreover,information management and spatial analysis module can provide technical support for the urban planning,disaster prevention and emergency rescue and other aspects.
