At present,in the shallow sea OBC(Ocean Bottom Cable)seismic exploration, the dual-sensor has completely replaced the single Hydrophone. However, the receiving effect of the dual-sensor is always in a poor state, which is characterized by low signal to noise ratio and poor anti-interference ability, which seriously affects the production efficiency and the processing of the data. This paper from the perspective of geophone principle, the theoretical analysis of the signal to noise ratio(SNR)of the geophone is carried out from the coupling and the internal combination of the sensor, based on the theoretical analysis, the design and fabrication of a new dual-sensor.The shape of the shell on the dual-sensor,the overall quality is improved;the dual-sensor internal geophone re mix design, put forward a variety of design, through the experiment to select the optimal scheme. The dual-sensor model was tested using seismic instrument, geophone tester, and the use of a large number of experiments, compared with before the construction of the dual-sensor are used to verify the model, the new dual-sensor receiving capacity of seismic wave in shallow water seismic exploration, the signal-to-noise ratio has been significantly to improve. The signal to noise ratio(SNR)and anti-jamming ability of the double detector are improved, and the acquisition effect of the double detector is further improved. At the same time,it can also improve the production efficiency of shallow water seismic acquisition from the indirect benefits, and also has a positive role in the development of shallow water seismic exploration.
