Guangdong Province,a variety of climate types,the circulation situation is complex,affected by different geographical conditions,the region has significantly different indicators and methods of prediction.Previously,the accumulation and analysis of individualized forecasting experiences in these areas were mainly accomplished by experienced and active forecasters,and the formation of qualitative experiences and methods was more difficult to develop,exploit,and often with the old forecast retired and no longer used.It is clear that the importance of establishing a set of localized forecasting platforms through the accumulation of local forecasting experiences.At present,the Guangdong Provincial Bureau of Meteorology has not yet developed a weather forecasting and diagnostic platform specifically for the metropolitan weather forecast,and there are no weather forecasting and diagnostic platforms in the surrounding cities.From the domestic and international research progress,this aspect of the forecast platform is relatively small.The main work of this paper is to establish a localized weather forecasting and diagnostic platform in Zhongshan City to assist the local meteorological forecasters to solve the difficulties in the collection of forecasting experience,the lack of quantitative analysis indicators,the strong subjectivity and weak objective analysis.This paper first introduces some basic knowledge of forecasting business and the technical route used in the construction and design of forecasting platform related to the weather forecasting and diagnostic platform of Zhongshan City.It analyzes the current situation of the weather forecasting and diagnostic system at home and abroad,need to provide the basis for the function.Secondly,the paper introduces the general framework,the demand of the city and the design and implementation of the functions of the weather forecasting and diagnostic platform in Zhongshan City,and makes some simple examples.Through the collection and analysis of the rainstorms,high temperature and low temperature in Zhongshan City from 2001 to 2010,due to the analysis of the three main weather types for the time and technical reasons,the other types of weather can be added in the future.Quantitative analysis of indicators.Finally,the functions of the forecasting platform are tested,including database data test,user control parameter and weight setting test,query statistical function test,diagnostic analysis test.Through testing,to ensure the integrity of the data storage and accuracy,test the function and design of the consistency of the program.The results show that the accuracy of the weather forecasting and diagnostic platform is high,and the accuracy of the diagnosis and analysis is higher than that of the rainstorms,high temperature and low temperature in Zhongshan City from November 2015 to October 2016.The construction of weather forecasting and diagnostic platform in Zhongshan City has high practical value,which has realized the accumulation of forecaster experience and the establishment of objective quantitative analysis index,which has a great help to improve the weather forecast level of meteorological station.
