Shale Gas Reservoir Evaluation And Reserves Calculation

As the world energy consumption surge and the contradiction between supply and demand have become increasingly prominent,the last century after 90 s,unconventional natural resources by people gradually pay attention to it,many countries will be the exploration and development of unconventional oil and gas resources has been put on the important schedule,will be listed as twenty-first Century to supplement energy.The development of shale gas first appeared in the United States,is now in the success of the United States,China is the most abundant shale gas resources of the countries in the world,but due to the late start of the exploration and development of shale gas reservoirs in China,a lot of shale gas exploration and mining key technology is still not mature.As a kind of unconventional energy,shale gas is being paid more and more attention by the relevant state agencies and oil companies.However,it is still a problem that how to evaluate the shale reservoir and calculate the geological reserves of shale gas in a certain area.The pore structure of shale gas reservoir has an effect on the storage capacity of shale gas,and also has an influence on the production and recovery of shale gas wells.According to the domestic and foreign research,it is found that shale gas mainly exists in the pores of the rock.Therefore,the study on the pore structure of shale gas is an important part of the evaluation of shale gas reservoir,which has an important guiding significance for the exploration and development of shale gas.This paper through the analysis of shale gas reservoir pore structure,the use of shale gas logging evaluation method,the evaluation of the reservoir,the calculation of shale reserves as the main research contents,finally achieve reasonable distribution of shale gas forecasting.In this paper,the effective reservoir identification of shale and the calculation of the amount of geological resources in the favorable area of the first section of shale in a certain area are discussed.In addition,the most common and accurate volume method is used to calculate the amount of shale gas resources.The results show that the method can be used to evaluate the effective reservoir of shale.At the same time,through the optimization of the parameters of shale gas favorable area,and combined with the basic principle of shale gas resource volume method to determine the relevant parameters,the final calculation of the area of shale gas content of the shale gas in the area.
