Based on the introduction of the basic principles and patterns of earthquake warning,as well as the research situation of earthquake early warning system,proposed two kinds of civil earthquake early warning devices,and introduces its design principle.According to the design technical scheme,the earthquake warning prototype is made and its performance test is studied.To investigate the seismic phase identification theory of earthquake early warning device,and a finite element model is established to optimize the location of earthquake early warning device in the building structure.The main research contents and results are as follows:1.According to the design background of the earthquake warning device,two design objectives are proposed,the first design goal for a single independent real-time earthquake warning device,the second design goal for multiple wireless real-time earthquake warning device.The specific technical scheme and the concrete implementation mode of the overall structure design are designed for the two design objectives.Earthquake early warning system based on earthquake ground motion value.The design ideas and the implementation plan prove that the two kinds of early warning devices have the advantages of simple design,strong applicability and easy to popularize,etc.Therefore,the new type of early warning device designed in this paper can be applied to civil earthquake early warning system.2.Aiming at the prototype of single independent real-time earthquake early-warning device,the performance test is conducted in all aspects,to find the lack of structural design and test prototype to improve and modify it.According to the experimental phenomena and results,the conclusion are as follows:(a)under the seismic wave,the prototype alarm ability is strong;(b)there is no false alarm under the non seismic wave,the prototype anti –interference and anti-false alarm are strong;(c)Under the seismic waves with different peak accelerations,four gear adjusting devices of the gear set module are set according to the acceleration value,which are accurately alarm,and the gear acceleration value is set with high accuracy and high sensitivity;(d)under the strong earthquake,the hardware system of the prototype has good stability and high performance.The new type of earthquake early warning device is applicable to the civil earthquake early warning,and it can be popularized and applied.3.In this paper,it introduces several methods of commonly used P wave phase identification and the principle,and determines the method of seismic phase identification which of early warning software in earthquake early warning device by theoretical analysis.Short term average to long term average(STA/LTA)algorithm is used to identify the seismic phase of actual seismic record,which can quickly determine seismic events,and the seismic phase identification result is reasonable.Therefore,the algorithm of short term average to long term average(STA/LTA)is used to identify the P wave phase in the civil earthquake early warning software based on design two in this paper.4.The interlayer displacement angle in each layer mainly reflecting the rationality of frame structure model and the peak acceleration in every layer reflecting the seismic response of the frame structure were mainly considered in the layout plan of earthquake warning device.The finite element analysis software of SAP is used to establish the frame structure model for finite element time history analysis,according to the output results and data analysis to get the following conclusions:(a)The results of modal analysis show that the modal mass,natural frequency(period)and other parameters of frame structure can meet the relevant standards;(b)The seismic acceleration is input into the frame structure,then the frame structure is time analysed.The distribution of layer displacement angle and acceleration can be got.The floor corresponded maximum of layer displacement angle in the structure and the floor having the obvious acceleration peak value is used to determine optimized layout of floor seismic warning device.At the same time,the medium seismic acceleration time history analysis is carried in the structure in order to verify the accuracy of the analysis results under small earthquakes.Comprehensive analysis,the floor of the earthquake early warning device placement is determined.
