Since the theory of fuzzy mathematics has been born,the theory has attracted the attention of many scholars,fuzzy mathematics theory and methods more and more into the field of science and engineering.Fuzzy probability is an important part of fuzzy mathematics theory,and it is also a hot spot for many scholars to study for a long time.The fuzzy probability is a theory and method with strong practical application which is formed by the traditional probability theory and fuzzy mathematics theory.In this paper,the probability of fuzzy events in fuzzy mathematics theory is analyzed and studied,and it is hoped that the power quality assessment should be discussed through this study,and some innovative theoretical and practical applications are obtained through analysis.Firstly,the generalized probabilities and operators and the probabilistic integrator are given.The operation of fuzzy event probability is studied by two operators.Some meaningful conclusions are obtained and the probability of fuzzy event is proved Additive theorem and multiplication theorem,and compares the different morphologies of the four kinds of fuzzy operators,and confirms the relatively optimal generalized probability and operator.Secondly,the main factors influencing the power quality assessment are studied,and the factors are analyzed systematically according to the relevant data.The interaction between the characteristics and the factors of the power quality assessment system is discussed,which lays the foundation for the construction of the fuzzy mathematics model.Finally,this paper introduces the fuzzy probability principle into the existing power quality system optimization and evaluation theory,and of this paper combines the latest research results of fuzzy event probability to realize the application of fuzzy mathematics theory in power quality evaluation.And compared with the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,the rationality of the conclusion isconfirmed from multiple angles.The practical application provides a new way of thinking and methods for the evaluation of power quality assurance system under the condition of lack of sample information,which provides the theoretical basis for industrial production and electrical engineer to improve the equipment and improve the efficiency.
