It is high cost,risk and low efficiency to collect and recycle the remote sea environment observation data by the ship and in artificial way,so it becomes imperative to use satellite links for collection and transmission of global ocean observation data.In order to receive global ocean observation data timely and reliably,the paper describes the satellite transmission link of marine environmental observation data in detail and is mainly divided into three nodes for design and development.1)Satellite communication system: Through the design and development of atellite communications OEM board,open up the satellite transmission link to chieve large data volume observations back to the ground base station.Ensure ts reliability by a large number of experiments.2)Data acquisition system: Design data acquisition circuit.Collect,encrypt and ompress sensor observations carried data,and complete data transmission with he satellite terminal.3)Ground receiving system: Design the host computer software,decrypt the bserved data of the decompression satellite and form the final data product.Based on the above three nodes,this paper constructs the transmission link of the oceanic environmental observation data,develops the working prototype,and carries on the actual ocean observation demonstration.The results show that the data transmission link has the characteristics of low power consumption,high efficiency and stable data transmission,and has good market prospect.
