All the time,ferromagnetic(F)/antiferromagnetic(AF)bilayer film systems play significant roles in modern information technology.Stress anisotropy field(hereinafter referred to as stress field)help in improving the magnetism of materials. In addtion, stress field can also widen the usable range for ferromagnetic(F)/antiferromagnetic(AF)materials.In this paper, the ferromagnetic resonance frequency and the magnetic susceptibility and frequency linewidth and the field linewidth and intensity in ferromagnetic/antiferromagnetic bilayer films with stress field are investigated by using ferromagnetic resonance method. The in-plane anisotropy, weak and strong perpendicular anisotropy are taken into account in this theory model.By numerical calculation, the ferromagnetic resonance frequency and the frequency linewidth and the field linewidth all increase for in-plane and weak perpendicular anisotropy,as the stress anisotropy field increases. However as the stress field increase magnetic susceptibility is shifted to a lower value. But,for the strong perpendicular anisotropy, the stress field affects no obviously the magnetic susceptibility for saturation field, contrary to saturated field, the stress field affects obviously the frequency and the field linewidth and intensity for unsaturation field.Furthermore, when the applied magnetic field changes its direction, the stress field affects obviously the direction of magnetization. The resonance frequency and field linewidth all increase for in-plane and weak perpendicular anisotropy as the stress field increases.
