Mayihe region is located in the northern margin of the Liaoning-Jinlin rift zone,adjacent to the south of the Korean Peninsula.It is tectonically situated in the north margin of NorthChina Platform and belongs to the Liaodong Uplift Ti-Fe-Cu-PbZn-Au-U-B ? metallogenic belt.This metallogenic belt has a long crust and tectonic evolution history along with strong magmatic activity,frequent mineralization and widely distributed ore building.Therefore,Metallogenic prediction work here were expected to make a significant breakthrough.This paper is sponsord by the projet Mineral investigation of Huashu-Dongbeicha in Jilin province.On the basis of collecting the data of the predecessors,combining with 1:10000 regional geological survey and 1:10000 geochemical exploration,the auther discusses the regional geological and geochemical characteristics of this area,generally analyzes the genesis and metallogenic model and uses the metallogenic prediction theory to summarize the metallogenic regularity and mineralization forecast,and ultimately delineate the further exploration of the target area,to guide the follow-up exploration work.On the basis of analyzing metallogenic geologic conditions,the main strata related to mineralization in the Mayihe area are mainly Paleoproterozoic Zhenzhumen Formation.The ore-related intrusion rocks are mainly Jurassic diorite,diorite porphyry and granite porphyry.The northeastern deep fault clearly controls the distribution of the Yanshanian intrusive rock mass and veins,especially the intersection of the NNE fault and the NW structural transition fault are main ore-forming and host structures.Based on the data of 1: 10000 soil geochemical measurements in the Mayihe area of ??Linjiang city,this paper analyzed the 12 elements of the soil geochemical data to study the distribution of elements in this verification area.It's shown that Au,Cu,Pb,Zn,W,Mo have high enrichment coefficient and variation,which is the main ore-forming element in the verification area and has good prospecting potential.In addition to the distribution of Cd is more balanced,the other elements have shown different dilution or aggregation trend in different regions.Based on the combination of cluster analysis and factor analysis,it is found that the Xiaomuzhugou yonder side is rich in high temperature elements combination,the southeastern region of Mayihe is rich in medium temperature combination.According to the characteristics of single element and combination anomaly in different regions,the auther delineated 4integrated anomalies,analyzed it's classification,evaluation and dissection based on the geological background.Through the comparative study of regional deposits,the geological and geochemical characteristics and some evidence observed in the field,the prospecting signs and metallogenic patterns of the Mayihe area are proposed.The author thinks that there are typical porphyry-hydrothermal mineralization systems in this area,and there may be three different types of deposits: porphyry type,hydrothermal type and skarn type.Under the guidance of mine prediction theory,combining rospecting information obtained by 1:10000 geological,1:10000 geochemical measurement and the metallogenic model,compared with regional typical deposits,the auther made a metallogenic prediction and delineated 4 metallogenic prospect areas which can be divided into 1 grade II metallogenic prognosis zone,2 grade II metallogenic prognosis zone and 1 grade ? metallogenic prognosis zone.We found 3 mine dots which are worthy for further work.
