China's long history of evolution through geologic structure,with complex,it is prone to geological disasters.Because of the extreme climate and socio-economic conditions,the current situation is not optimistic.In the future for a long period of time,China's geological disasters will show the development trend.As of the end of 2015,the national survey found that a total of 289 thousand geological hazard points,at least a threat to the safety of 19 million 170 thousand people and property of $485 billion 800 million.In 2011,the State Council promulgated the decision on strengthening the work of prevention and control of the quality of chemical disasters,and made it clear that the core task of establishing a sound system of investigation,evaluation,monitoring and early warning,management and relocation,and emergency response of the four systems.After several years of efforts,the mass measuring and preventing,geological disaster monitoring and warning system of professional monitoring has been supplemented by the preliminary construction.As of the end of 2015,the group of monitoring system will be the country's 2020 hills and counties(districts,cities)have been identified all the geological disaster points into the.MapObjects member number reached 20 thousand;in the Three Gorges Reservoir area,Sichuan city of Ya'an Province,Chongqing City,Wushan County,Ailao Mountain Areas in Yunnan Province,Shaanxi Province,Yanan City,Fujian province and other regions in Southeast Fujian Province carried out single disaster monitoring and early warning of major regional geological disasters;flood gas as an early warning in the country 30 provinces(autonomous regions and municipalities),1880 counties and 323 cities,have been carried out.Geological disaster monitoring and early warning of geological disasters for the goal of the work is not suitable for engineering treatment and relocation measures and potential geological hazard area,through investigation,monitoring,early warning and other non engineering measures,the maximum to avoid and reduce disaster losses.The geological disaster monitoring and early warning work has made some progress,but between the investigation,monitoring and early warning of geological disasters fusion enough,on the one hand from the geological disaster investigation and monitoring and early warning,monitoring point selection mainly consider the risk of disaster,less consideration to the regional geological hazard distribution and development characteristics of the understanding of the formation of survey results the second aspects and regional disaster monitoring results of disaster induced factors of single threshold combined with enough,failed to provide support for early warning of geological disasters,there is still a weak link visible.In the background to explore solutions to the slope stability analysis methods are insufficient and monitoring work,this paper takes Jilin area of Yanbian province Yanji City Campus of Yanbian University and the Dragon Mountain and mountain town Tianbao experimentation area,on the basis of the present data on the basis of the existing,using 3S technology,based on multi scale and multi DEM high resolution remote sensing image by geological disasters in the study area of remote sensing digital image processing and interpretation and field investigation to verify,identify the characteristics of geological disasters in experimentation area and spatial distribution characteristics,and based on the limit equilibrium method(GEO-SlOPE)to study the potential of sudden landslides of zoning and risk assessment.
