As we all know,risk is a common phenomenon in various fields of society.It has the characteristics of universality,objectivity and variability.The objective existence of risk determines that risk can not be avoided or avoided arbitrarily.The occurrence of risk will lead to damage to the interests of enterprises and product quality reduction,so effective risk management can reduce the probability of risk,cost savings and improve the competitiveness of enterprises and their affiliated products.Surveying and mapping project is the basic project of many large and medium-sized construction projects in the national economic construction activities,which runs through the whole economic construction activity cycle.With the development and transformation of the market economy,China's surveying and mapping industry is gradually reform and innovation.The risk in the process is more and more.For the surveying and mapping project,quality is the vitality and core competitiveness of enterprises,which determines the final scale and extent of the enterprise.Enterprises and society on the quality of surveying and mapping products require a high degree of accuracy,which can reach centimeters or even smaller.Once the quality accuracy problems are likely to lead to the entire batch of product failure,which costs a lot of manpower,material and financial resources.Therefore,surveying and mapping engineering should pay attention to quality risk management from beginning to end to reduce the probability of occurrence of quality risk to a minimum.The paper combines quality risk management theory with engineering practice.Firstly,it expounds the relevant theoretical knowledge of quality and risk management,and introduces the contents of risk identification,risk assessment and risk response.Then,it describes the background conditions and project implementation process of high precision digital terrain model project.It describes the work process of the data acquisition phase(access to high-precision laser point cloud data and high-altitude aerial photography)and data processing phase(the establishment of digital surface model and digital terrain model)in some detail.This paper lists and analyzes the quality risk factors that may exist in technology,personnel,equipment and environment.Using the fish bone map method to identify the quality risk factors,the real risk factors are obtained.Then the LEC evaluation method is used to evaluate these risk factors and the corresponding quality risk control measures are developed.Finally the research on quality risk management of high precision digital terrain model project is completed.Compared with the traditional surveying and mapping project,the project has advanced technology and high technological content.The use of point cloud to produce digital terrain model can greatly improve the accuracy and quality of the data.It is believed that through the analysis of quality risk management,it can provide a reasonable method for quality risk control of related projects in the future,so as to achieve the goal of saving project cost,improving work efficiency and ensuring the quality of project.To a certain extent,it could promote China's surveying and mapping industry in a better direction.
