Since David and Johnson(1952)argued zero-truncated Poisson distribution,it has caused the attention of many scholars and got the extensive research,and it is widely used in the medical and biological science and other fields.This distribution better fit some sample number of values for at least one count data.Many scholars discussed the zero-truncated Poisson distribution parameter estimation and its properties,and the application of zero-truncated Poisson regression model,but bayesian estimation of the zero-truncated Poisson distribution under entropy loss function is very few.Based on the research of zero-truncated Poisson distribution parameter estimation problem,this paper deduced the Gamma distribution as prior distribution,bayesian estimation of the zero-truncated Poisson distribution under entropy loss function,and probes into the problem of its acceptability.Then through Monte Carlo numerical simulation method,the maximum likelihood estimation and bayesian estimation of the zero-truncated Poisson distribution under square loss function is used in the comparison it is concluded that the effect of the parameter estimation under entropy loss function is better,and its precision is higher.
