Terrestrial vertebrate animals,contains mammals,birds,amphibians and reptiles,is an important part of biodiversity.It is important to study the distribution pattern of terrestrial vertebrates.There are a lot of information about the distribution of the terrestrial vertebrates in Anhui Province,and can be divided into historical data and survey data in recent years.But the information of species distribution in most species data is based on the description of the text,and with a certain fuzziness,for instance "mainly distributed in",which is not conductive to the spatial data mining.Therefore,this paper showed how to convert the text information of the species distribution into spatial data.On the basis of collecting and sorting out the distribution data of land vertebrates in Anhui province,we structured and summarized the description rules of species distribution information.According to the fuzzy degree of text distribution information,for county-level administrative units or natural geographical unit as the basic unit of the historical data record,based on "Anhui Shouleizhi" as an example in a spatial data generation method GIS analysis method based on habitat cloth research,and with abundant species resources of Wanxi Dabie Mountain Area as the study area for method validation and Study on the distribution pattern of mammals in the region,and the establishment of the Wanxi Dabie Mountain Area in the system platform,to facilitate the species distribution of spatial data visualization and related personnel.For species distribution information more accurately in the survey data,selection of ecological niche model method in widely used in this paper,and wintering hooded cranes suitable habitat prediction for example has carried on the discussion to the method,and the prediction results of the reliability test.The main conclusions are:Wanxi Dabie Mountain mammal animal richness pattern shows that the regional patterns of species richness in the middle as the center to the edge gradient decreasing trend,species richness of up to 20.Hot spot analysis shows that in Wanxi Dabie Mountain Area and hotspot similar species richness,but the northern region of Wanxi Dabie Mountain is a threatened species distribution area,threatened species richness is the highest value of 16.Protection gap analysis shows that the natural reserve in Wanxi Dabie Mountain's coverage were significantly less than the suggestions of related personnel in the region to increase the protection efforts.The relationship between species richness patterns and environmental factors showed that the species richness was related to elevation and annual precipitation.Recognition of barrier effect of road on wildlife is one of the main contents of road wildlife ecology research.In order to analysis the influence of the Wanxi Dabie Mountain road on the distribution of terrestrial vertebrates in this area.The result showed that there are many road networks in Wanxi Dabie Mountain,it may course a certain influence on habitat fragmentation in the region.For make full use of the result of this study and the management of correspond people,we designed a system for the terrestrial vertebrate in Wanxi Dabie Mountain.The system has the functions of query,spatial analysis and mapping,which can be used for the retrieval of regional species richness and the distribution of species.The exemplify of the ecological niche model applied in the spatial data of the terrestrial vertebrate,that predicted wintering Hooded Cranes suitable habitat,the results show that the niche model prediction method has a high precision,and it's prediction tally with the existing research results and the field survey data.
