The traditional GIS usually uses offline data as the access mode of basic geographic information resources,which has poor performance and narrow application range,and is unable to meet the increasingly demanding application requirements.Because of this,it is urgent to build online service system through the geographic information public service platform.Based on this background above,this thesis has deeply researched the key technologies of GIS public service platform.Based on the theoretical study of the two key technologies,this thesis has designed the schemes of multi-source heterogeneous geospatial data integration and the tiled map service building,and described the realization method and the main steps of this process,take Tianditu Yangzhou,which is a typical GIS application for example.Experimental development environment is ArcGIS 10.2 and FLEX v4.7.Service discovery is based on the the resource center of "Tianditu" main node.Multi-source heterogeneous geospatial data integration hass the steps of database and integrated design,spatial database building,map document creation,GIS service publishing,discovery and invocation and so on.To create a tiled map service,the first step is the tile schemes design.And then preprocess data and generate map tiles in ArcGIS.Lastly publish the tiled map service through the OGC WMTS interface.In the end,this thesis has tested the function and performance of "Tianditu Yangzhou".A black box testing is designed as the function test method to validate"service" is feasible or not for geospatial data share,and can be carried out on effective integration of multi-source heterogeneous geographic information resources or not.Performance test is based on LoadRunner 11,and eliminate the influence of network,hardware and software supporting environment,in order to validate if the GIS performance can be greatly improved by caching based on server,so as to solve the problems in the project construction,and to achieve the desired purpose of the research.The two technologies have been widely used in the actual development process of GIS system,such as "Tianditu" and more than 80%of the "Digital City"demonstration applications,are using online tiled map services as the access mode of basic geographic information data resource,and have achieved good effect.
