The recoil simulation test system was originally used in the study of gun buffers,compared with live firing,simulate test system only needed a very small dose,it can realize the dynamic effect with live firing approximate,and has a wide application in the development of automatic weapon.Simulation test technology can not only simulate the dynamic force of artillery firing,but also simulate the strong impact of similar punching equipment,such as the strong vibration of the working time and the strong impact of landing gear on aircraft landing.With the increasing of the technical requirements of the test system,the previous simulated test system can not satisfy the practical application,and the structure urgently needs improvement.On the basis of previous researches,this paper analyzes the working principle and the movement process of the test system,introduces the new scheme,and designs a new set of simulated test system to satisfy the new requirements in practical application.According to the technical requirements of the indicators,on the basis of previous structural improvements to design a new set of programmes.The test system can realize a series of complex actions at run time to guarantee the technical indexes.According to the structure scheme,the 3d modeling of the simulated test system is completed,the structure characteristics of each component are expounded,and the dynamic loading process of the simulation test is presented.Part movement process two parts detail how the system realizes the work requirement,and then mathematic model of the whole process of the system,and then compile the mathematic models into the computer program to import the numerical analysis software MATLAB,using its powerful computational ability to carry on the numerical simulation.The simulation test is divided into three groups of ideal working condition,single-cycle test,multi-cycle test,and the results of three sets of simulation data are compared with each other to evaluate the rationality and validity of the structural design of thetest system.The results of simulation data show that the data errors of each result are in reasonable range,the dynamic model of the test system is reliable,the system design scheme is feasible,and the simulation experiment of other buffering devices has some referential significance.
