China is a country with a vast territory and geological disasters.Due to the topography,geological structure,rock and soil type and human engineering activities and other factors,geological disasters occur frequently in many areas,which threaten the safety of people and property in the area,and restrict the healthy development of the social economy.Therefore,the research on the geological disasters development law and susceptibility evaluation is very significant to the maintenance of the safety of the residents' lives and property.This article is based on the geological disasters in Wanzai County as the research object,through the field survey and data statistics,the geological conditions,types and characteristics of Wanzai County were identified.On this basis,integrated selection eight indicators of rock and soil type(C1),the type of control surface structure(C2),degree of intact rock mass(C3),slope(C4),slope height(C5),the disaster point density(C6)and rainfall(C7)and human engineering activities(C8),which constitute a geological disaster susceptibility evaluation index system of Wanzai county;Secondly,using the AHP process to establish the geological disaster susceptibility assessment of Wanzai County hierarchical structure model.Through the quantitative analysis of each index,calculated the weight of each index value and its ranking;Then combined with each indicator weight value,application of geological hazard-prone index for prone partition,put forward the corresponding prevention measures and suggestions.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)There are five types of landslides,avalanches,unstable slopes,debris flow and ground subsidence in the study area.The main type of geological hazards is landslide.And mainly distributed in the northwest tectonic erosion in lower mountain area and the southeast ridge erosion in hilly areas,involving Huang Mao,high,Chi Xing,Xian Yuan,village high and other towns.The ground subsidence affected by lithology distribution,which mainly development in the mountain area of the alluvial plain.And the specific distribution in Wanzai county and industrial park planning area;(2)The weight of each evaluation factors and its ranking from large to small: the disaster point density(0.333),rainfall(0.222),the type of control surface structure(0.120),human engineering activities(0.111),degree of intact rock mass(0.075),rock slope(0.074),slope height(0.034),rock and soil types(0.031);(3)The study area is divided into high,medium and low prone areas.Its area is 323.09km2,764.30km2 and 632.24km2,respectively,accounting for the county land area of 18.8%,44.4%,36.8%;(4)Put forward the corresponding control measures,which combined with the assessment results of the prone areas and the typical disaster point analysis.It includes the monitoring measures,biological measures and engineering measures.At the same time,according to the characteristics of geological disasters in Wanzai County,puts forward suggestions for the prevention and control of staging and grading of typical disaster point exploration.
