Debris flow happened frequently in AShigong Guide country of Qinghai province, which gravely threatens the security of local residents'lives and properties. Therefore,it is of great significance to make a risk assessment for debris flow in AShigong.Based on the theorys and methods for risk assessment, the paper analysised the formation conditions and active character of AShiGong debris flow by invastegation of the geographic and geomorphic, stratum lithology, hydro meteorology conditions, new neotectonic movement and earthquake occurrences in this area.According to the results of field survey and theoretical analysis, based on mathematics and GIS technology,a risk evaluation system has been developed for AShiGong debris flow, and some valuable research results has been obtained:1.Based on the field survey data, the physical parameters of each single debris flow under different frequency is calculated, which include velocity, impact, scale and impact range of debris flow.2 After the quantitative of influence factors for debris flow, the integrated evaluation of occur frequency is analysised. The conclusion is that 7 debris flow gullies in 5 for the high susceptibility,2 for susceptibility.3 The hazard assessment of debris flow on AShiGong debris flow group using gray correlation analysis model and AHP method, get 7 debris flow gullies in 2 high risk,2 for risk,3 for low risk;4 The vulnerability assessment based on the Liu Xilin model and the GIS technology, get the vulnerability of debris flow gully AShiGong debris flow group focused 03-0.5.5 On the basis of susceptibility, hazard, vulnerability assessment, the AShiGong debris flow risk assessment has been evaluated.
